Many domestic counterparts say that they have super tear-resistant and super-wear-resistant fiberglass tubes, and they fool customers into saying that they do not break at all. Zhejiang Ningbo Yiyi Transformer Co., Ltd. found us through the introduction of a friend. He heard from his friend that the quality of our Shunbo fiberglass pipe is very good. The customer said that he should not be in a hurry to make promises, because he has found several suppliers, but the results are not satisfactory. We understand the customer's requirements. The characteristics of this glass fiber tube focus on the quality of the raw material yarn and the preparation of silicone oil. The customer said that they used a counterpart in Dongguan before. The transformer was damaged within a few times, and the voltage dropped so much that the inside of the transformer conduit could not be insulated. The customer's transformers are all exported to Europe and the United States, so there is no way to ship them now, and there may be a risk of returning the products sent out earlier.
According to the customer's application requirements, we recommend SB-SGS-40 in the glass fiber tube series. The tensile strength is 6.3~6.9g/d. The next day, we sent a sample of several meters to the customer for testing. The customer tested it for several days, including more than 245 hours of burn-in, which is more demanding than ordinary transformers. At the same time, 2 peers also sent samples. As soon as the results came out, only SUNBOW's samples passed the test. The customer immediately decided to switch to Shunbo's glass fiber tube for all products. So far, there have been no quality complaints in nearly 2 years of mass production.
