We understand the customer's requirements. The characteristics of this glass fiber tube focus on the quality of the raw material yarn and the preparation of silicone oil. According to the customer's application requirements, we recommend SB-SGS-40 in the glass fiber tube series. The tensile strength is 6.3~6.9g/d. The next day, we sent a sample of several meters to the customer for testing. The customer tested it for several days, including more than 245 hours of burn-in, which is more demanding than ordinary transformers. At the same time, 2 peers also sent samples. As soon as the results came out, only SUNBOW's samples passed the test. The customer immediately decided to switch to Shunbo's glass fiber tube for all products. So far, there have been no quality complaints in nearly 2 years of mass production.
