Structure
The V0 flame-retardant orange heat shrink tube fornew energy vehicle is made of environmentally friendly polyolefin heat shrink materials that are cross-linkd by high-energy electron beam bombardment. It is environmentally friendly and does not produce toxic gases or harmful substances during combustion. It has many advantages such as flame retardancy, insulation, environmental protection, soft and fast shrinkage, and stable performance.
Application
It is used for protection of stacked bus bars for new energy vehicles, as well as rust prevention and anti-corrosion treatment of related products such as wire connections, solder joint protection, wire end treatment, soft connection insulation protection, and wire harness surface protection for new energy vehicles.
Characteristics

1. Can be used for a long time under acidic and alkaline conditions.
2. Shrink ratio: 2:1
3. Shrinkage temperature: 70 º C~125 ºC.
4. According to UL224 standard, the temperature for fully recovery is 200 ºC for 3 minutes.
5. Flame retardant and environmentally friendly.
