The reason is that most of the factories are still in the stage of small workshops, and our SUNBOW factory is a factory that has passed the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management system and has unconditionally performed product quality management in accordance with the system requirements. TK is a Japanese company with a leading position in electronic raw materials and components. In May of this year, I received an email from the  headquarters in Japan. The customer has an electronic sensor for Honda cars that needs to use glass fiber tube, with a withstand voltage of 2.5KV, and a very high accuracy. The requirements for inner diameter and outer diameter are very high, and the CPK index reaches 1.67, and the requirement for the tear resistance of the glass fiber tube is very high.

After evaluation by the technical department, we are very confident in this project. At the end of May, we started to make samples according to the customer's requirements. At the beginning of June, we sent samples. During the two months, we asked the customer about the situation. The customer only said that it was still testing and needed to wait. No. Yesterday I received good news from the customer. The customer said that our glass fiber tube can not only reach their CPK index of 1.67, but also has very good tear resistance, which is 2 times higher than the tear resistance of the suppliers they have contacted before. Much.

For the same glass fiber tube, why is SUNBOW's tear resistance twice as much as that of its peers?

1. SUNBOW insists on purchasing the domestic big-name alkali-free waxy glass fiber yarn. Its toughness is twice higher than that of other small brands. Of course, the price is 50% higher than the small brands selected by most of our peers.

2. SUNBOW uses Wacker silica gel raw materials imported from Germany, and its temperature resistance, electrical insulation performance and plasticity are two times higher than domestic silica gel raw materials.

3. SUNBOW is not only better than its peers in the selection of raw materials, but more importantly, SUNBOW has its own unique processing technology, such as a very mature weaving process and a unique coating process with independent formulas.
